Shutting Down?

Feeling Blah? Feeling disconnected from your significant other? Do you want to sleep all the time? Are you crying at the drop of a hat, or maybe your tears get stuck in your throat? Sometimes, experiences add up to the point that we inadvertently stop feeling. It is our bodies way of "protecting" us. However...after awhile, it has a very negative effect.
